Haldeman Mansion – Main House 2nd Floor Backroom – Sept 2020.

At Haldeman Mansion we did a session in the 2nd floor back room. Some refereed to this room as the Servants room. We need to dig deeper into what the room actually was used for. It had it’s own stairway and door to the outside so anyone coming and going would not disturb the rest of the house, so this would logically indicate it was used for servants.

We had our voice recorder going, we brought out BooBuddy, SB11 Spirit Box, laser grid and sat down for a session.

We were looking at the closet in the room. Someone else reported they had an experience with the closet during a different visit to the mansion. We looked around in the closet but didn’t see anything unusual.

We did ask though are you in the closet? There’s two distinct words spoken. First one at almost 3 seconds, then second one at 5 1/2 seconds.

We did some additional noise reduction on this and amplified it a bit more to see if we could make it come through more clearly.

To us it sounds like the response is Penance….Yes. Was this someone that would get locked in the closet as a form of punishment or would lock themselves in the closet when they did something wrong?

One off us thought we had heard someone, so we asked if they could say it again and this was the response:

Another investigator asked can you tell us the name of the mansion About just over 5 seconds in we get a snide remark. It’s almost stepped on by the Paralus giving a response. We didn’t include the Paralus response because it didn’t make sense.

After a little longer the Paralus started to throw some more interesting words. In this case it says Horses. We do know they kept horses at the mansion. Listen closely, you can 2 different voices, one right after the other and it sounds like the second voice might be correcting the first. The first voice pops in about 13 seconds in.



It got late, and we were getting to pack up. We informed whatever might be there with us that we were packing up and getting ready to go. It seems whatever was there might have gotten the hang of the Paralus. It’s hard to hear the Paralus and I repeated what it said.
