What is a spirit box?

Instrumental Trans-Communication or as some like Instrumental Trans-dimensional Communications

Odds are you have watched movies like Poltergeist (a classic if you haven’t watch it!) Carol Anne Freeling (yes she had a last name in the movie), was communicating with the spirits through the static on the TV when the station was offline.

That is the similar to the principle which some ITCs devices like the SB7/SB11/SBox use.

The idea with these devices is that spirits can use the empty or white space in these signals and communicate through the boxes or use the white noise being created to carry their voices.

These devices scan through, very quickly, FM or AM radio frequencies generating white noise, and picking up various signals.

It’s up to the listener to notice any voices which may be a spirit communicating. The listener will want to pay attention hoping to catch phrases which are relevant to any question being asked, especially if that phrase comes through while the box has changed channels since that helps reduce the chance it was a normal radio broadcast signal.

One of the problems is determining if the voice you hear is coming from a radio broadcast or something using the white noise to come through. One of the ways to deal with that to use what is commonly referred to as a Faraday cage or pouch.

These pouches block out radio frequencies (RF) to so the device you are using is not able to pick up radio stations. Using one significantly reduces the likely hood that what you heard is a stray radio signal.
