Madison Seminary – October 2020 – New Side/Sara’s Room

After spending quite a bit of time over in the older civil war era part of the building, we moved on to the newer side.

We headed to basement of the new building. Down there there is a room which has part of the floor torn up. Cadaver Dogs had triggered on a spot that indicated there might be a body buried.

We setup our equipment and spent some time down there. We asked if they could touch the REM pod or another piece of equipment and about 4.5 seconds in there’s a voice there, followed up some kind of a pop and what could be a door closing:

I had just sat back down after making an adjustment to the location of the voice recorder and caught this:


We also captured it on our video camera which you can faintly hear at about 6 seconds in.


It sounds to us like it’s saying “Down More.” What that means we’re not really sure, does it mean they should dig deeper? Does it mean it wanted me to go down more which would be very difficult since I was sitting on concrete. Is it residual and referring to putting something down further in the ground like the body which is supposed to be buried there?

All throughout the rest of the building we were hearing footsteps, and movement around us.

We were in what we are going to call the MAP room. We set up a lot of our equipment including our own vibration sensor. The vibration sensor is setup to light up different colors and and brightness based on intensity of the vibrations. The green light indicates normal every day natural vibrations. Blue color is typical when heavy wind blows. The White/Yellow/Purple/Red indicates abnormal vibrations such as foot steps, and knocking.


Was it picking up the footsteps we were hearing as we were walking around the building?

We eventually made our way to Sara’s room.

There’s a question about who/what Sara is. Is she a child, an Adult, or something else?

We caught a few interesting things. We threw out some “cat balls” and almost immediately one of them started going off.


Once we moved them though they never went off again. It is possible the one was sitting in just the right way to be overly sensitive to natural vibrations, however we have tried repeatedly to get them to go off on their own but could not do it without a significant effort.

We were setting up the spirit box and caught something while we were setting it up. At 6.5 seconds you hear the first sound, then around 16 seconds you hear what sounds like a humm… Almost like something was watching and paying attention on how to set it up

We also caught this

We heard something come through the spirit box but couldn’t tell at the time what it said
It almost sounds like it is saying “Get out”

We asked if it could repeat that and got this a few minutes later.
Note this plays twice, once at normal speed, and once at a 25% speed reduction to hear it better.
